Spring 2017 Running Training (training begins in Jan)

We offer 5K, 10K and half marathon training throughout the year. Our running programs are designed for moms starting back running after baby or seasoned runners who want to improve their time. Our programs offer accountability, coached group runs, guest speakers, running clinics and shoe fittings, community and support. Never ran before? Start with our 5K and graduate to complete 13.1 miles!

Who is it for:

This training is for runners who can comfortably run 2-3 miles. We will offer various speeds of training so that if you are a newer runner you can build distance safely or if you are more experienced you can increase your speed.

What do you get with the Half Training Package?

  • 12 Week Half Marathon training program with weekly training plan email
  • Topic of the week that will include proper running form, shoes, nutrition and more
  • Coached group run each Saturday or Sunday with certified instructor
  • FIT4MOM shirt
  • Private Facebook page to connect with coaches and runners

How much is it?

  • $140 for the Half Training Package
  • $165 for the Half Training Package + Spouse/Partner training (your spouse/partner does not receive the shirt but receives everything else in the package above)
  • If you participated in a previous training you receive a 10% discount

  • Denver/Littleton/Wash Park/Highlands

  • Group Runs begin January 21st Saturday 8:00am
  • Training for the Platte River Half
  • Parker/SE Aurora/Lone Tree/Highlands Ranch
