Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Strides 360® is an interval style, traveling class (much like Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre). However, the physical promise will be cardiovascular endurance alongside developing speed, agility, and quickness to sprint through life. Bodyweight conditioning will provide recovery and round out the program. It's for mom, with or without kiddo, that is interested in a bit more intensity, but not interested in the transformation we promise with Body Back. The program fits nicely beside Stroller Barre and Stroller Strides to provide our mamas with everything ... cardio, conditioning, and core/calm.more

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Mamas, do you want a baby/kid free High Intensity Interval Training workout designed especially for moms of ANY age? Join our Babyless Bootcamp class! As part of our Body Well program, we offer our Babyless Bootcamp/Body Boost classes for moms who just want the baby free HIIT workout without the nutritional component of our Body well session.

We are now allowing ANY mom to participate, whether she's a Stroller Strides member, Body Well alum or a mama who just needs get an amazing workout in on her own time!

Parker run club is going to offer a run club clinic on Thursday mornings in Parker.


What: Run Club Clinic is an hour long workout dedicated to improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility.

Where: Usually at a park or a local Track, TBD

Why: Incorporating regular speed, agility, and running specific strength moves into your running routine will help you build a solid foundation for running more miles or even shaving off time on race day!
