Body Well®: 10 Week Session
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
10 Week Session Includes:
Come with fitness clothes and shoes (nothing fancy is necessary), and WATER!
Bring a light snack for the car ride home (a banana, an all-natural protein bar, and handful of nuts, etc.)

- Twice-weekly HIIT format workouts
- Clean eating nutrition counseling and recipes
- Food journals
- At-home online workout specially formulated for high calorie burn in small time frames
- Small group training for maximum individual results instructed by our nationally certified and very experienced instructors
- Private Facebook page
- Homework assignments
- Accountability
- Before and After assessments, measurements, photos
- Baby/Kid free workouts, two hours a week to work on YOU
