PT and Pregnancy

Attention Mama's and To-be Mama's! We're going to be talking about exercising while pregnant, the pelvic floor and it's function as it relates to pregnancy, labor & delivery and postpartum. We'll be going over labor & delivery positions, how to breathe and push optimally during stage 2 of labor (delivering baby into the world) and what you can do during that period of time immediately after birth to 6 weeks to put yourself into optimal recovery. We will also go over common pregnancy and postpartum issues to be on the lookout for so you can be proactive about getting the help and resources to put you back on track to a healthy, active lifestyle.
