At Home Equipment Free Workout

Take some time for you to burn off the holiday stress....and treats! This is a quick and equipment free workout!

Cardio (2 minutes, rotating every 30 seconds)

  • high knees
  • butt kickers

Round 1: (3 exercises, 21 repetitions of each, then 15, then 9)

  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups (or crunches)

Cardio: (2 minutes, rotating every 30 seconds)

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Seal Jacks

Round 2: (3 exercises, 21 repetitions of each, then 15, then 9)

  • Lunges
  • Tricep Dips
  • Supermamas

Cardio: (2 minutes, rotating every 30 seconds)

  • Speed Skaters
  • Heisman Shuffles

Round 3: (3 exercises, 21 repetitions of each, then 15, then 9)

  • Deadlifts
  • Pike Push-ups
  • Reverse Crunches

Ab Finisher:

  • 20 Russian Twist
  • 20 Toe touches
  • 20 Bird Dogs
