Erin's No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Balls

  • 1 C Oatmeal
  • 1/2 C Chocolate Chips (sub raisins for little ones with no teeth)
  • 1/2 C Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 C Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/3 C Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

To make these Peanut Butter Balls, combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Roll into bite sized balls. Store in fridge for up to a week.
