2018 Running Training (training begins in Jan)

We offer 5K, 10K and half marathon training throughout the year. Our running programs are designed for moms starting back running after baby or seasoned runners who want to improve their time. Our programs offer accountability, coached group runs, guest speakers, running clinics and shoe fittings, community and support. Never ran before? Start with our 5K and graduate to complete 13.1 miles!

Training starts the week of January 14 with the first training run the weekend of January 20

Who is it for:

Everyone! Beginner runners, moms who haven't ran since having babies, moms who are not FIT4MOM members, moms who are FIT4MOM members, working moms, moms with or without strollers, moms who want the joy of running with an amazing community of women. Are you already comfortably running a 5K distance? Use this training to PR. We also welcome spouses, dads and partners and offer a discounted add on for them. This specialty program is open to everyone and will help you comfortably train to run 3.1 miles.

What do you get with the 5K Training Package?

  • 8 Week 5K training program with weekly training plan email
  • Topic of the week that will include proper running form, shoes, nutrition and more
  • Coached group run each Saturday or Sunday with certified instructor
  • FIT4MOM shirt
  • Private FB page for easy access to your coaches and running-mates

How much is it?

  • $100 for the 5K Training Package: (race fee not included)
  • $135 for the 5K Training Package + Spouse/Partner training (your spouse/partner does not receive the shirt but receives everything else in the package above)
  • Race fee is not included
